I use Intel (R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 wifi on my MSI GR73 7RD laptop. Can I upgrade the wifi card to the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX201.

You need to ask MSI whether their laptop, with its BIOS, will support this module.
