I tried yesterday to install the latest driver from Intel as I was having problems with the Bluetooth (again). During which it went to blue screen error 'page fault in nonpaged area netwbw02.sys'. Ever since it won't enter Windows, it keeps restarting and only enter safe mode. I have windows 8.1 on a Dell Inspiron. I have tried to uninstall and other recommendations I found in the internet, but nothing works.
Please, can anyone help with any clue?

evous,
There could be many reasons behind the cause of BSODs. Intel always recommend to obtain the latest drivers provided by the computer manufacturer even though their version may not be the same as the one found in our download center as this version is generic. For your convenience, here is a link where you may find the contact information for Dell*: http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/topics/OEMs.html Computer Manufacturer Support Websites
