I suggest that you address this question to Lenovo.

  1. This an Intel forum. Your Laptop was built by Lenovo. Lenovo should give you support.
  2. Try to reinstall the Chipset driver.
  3. Only then, install the WiFi driver.
  4. Try to run the Windows troubleshooter to troubleshoot your WiFi connection.

That doesn't matter. The adapters shipped in many laptops are OEM versions that might have customizations. All support for these *must* come from/through the laptop manufacturer (in this case Lenovo).

Let me say this: It is *never* appropriate for Lenovo's support people to tell you to contact Intel. This is them trying to avoid the cost of providing you with the support that you paid for. If they look into the issue and there is indeed a problem that Intel needs to look at, they are supposed to report it to Intel using their interface. Call them back. Tell them to do their job - to provide you with the support that you paid for. If they refuse, then maybe you need to be rethinking any plans to purchase laptops from them in the future. Only through financial pressure will they be forced to stop this slimy practice.

Just saying,

...S

Hello ПГунд, Thank you for posting on the Intel Community. As advised previously, we recommend you contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer OEM for laptops and pre-built systems. That's why our recommendation is to first try the OEM - Lenovo* driver since they might have customized the hardware/drivers to properly operate on their system. 1. Please try a clean installation using with the OEM driver. First, you uninstall the existing driver and then install the OEM driver. Driver link: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/laptops-and-netbooks/300-series/320-15isk/downloads How to uninstall the existing driver: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005756/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html 2. Try checking the advance wireless settings to increase the performance. https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html 3. If by following the prior steps, you're having the same issue. Try the cleans installation with the Intel generic driver: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28687/Windows-10-Wi-Fi-Drivers-for-Intel-Wireless-Adapters?product=89450 Also, I'd like to know the following information in case the issue persists: - Is the original wireless adapter that came with the laptop or is it an integration? - Which speed test are you using? We only provide support in English and we use a translation tool for your post. Hope this helps! Oscar A. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation

Thank you for the update. Have you tried another network from another location to check if you can get the correct speed? If yes, is possible that you have a hardware issue with the wireless adapter and we would highly recommend you to go with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Best regards, Oscar A.
