Hello Mr.Iceberg.92, Thank you for your response. First, we recommend following these steps to restart the Bluetooth Support service: 1. Press Windows key + R, type services.msc. 2. Next, right click on Bluetooth Support service and select Restart. 3. Right click on Bluetooth support service and select Properties. 4. Also, make sure that the startup type is set to Automatic. If the issue persists, please let us know if the Intel® Wireless adapter came preinstalled on your system. Hello Mr.Iceberg.92, Thank you for your response. I understand that the Bluetooth Support service was already running. However, were you able to restart it? Now, unless you are using the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 8265 Desktop Kit, the Bluetooth issues can be caused by compatibility issues. Also, when installing or upgrading wireless hardware, it is important to review the following information: 1. As each country may have different regulatory requirements, before you install/change the Intel® Wireless Adapter in a system, you must contact the system manufacturer to determine if the Intel® Wireless Adapters you plan to install is approved for use in your system and country. You are required to follow the manufacturer's post-approval requirements. 2. If you have already performed the integration, it is also important to understand that it may not work due to hardware or software compatibility issues or dependencies. Regulatory Information Regarding Wireless Hardware Installation or Upgrade https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005687/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html If restarting the Bluetooth Support service does not fix this issue, we recommend performing a clean install of the driver. You may follow these steps and install the following driver version: Clean Installation of Wireless Drivers https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Version: 20.110.0 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28511/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10 Wanner G. Hello Mr.Iceberg.92, If you can connect or pair the mouse to your computer, but it is not responding, then we recommend checking that the mode you chose is correct: Bluetooth 3.0, 4.0 and 2.4G. This issue could also be related to software or drivers that need to be installed prior to function properly. 1. Make sure the receiver is plugged into the PC's USB port (2.4G mode). 2. Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > see if the mouse is visible. 3. Try installing the latest driver or pairing software. Hello Mr.Iceberg.92, We recommend contacting the manufacturer to check compatibility or install the drivers and firmware recommended for your device. If no other Bluetooth devices can connect to your system, and you have the latest updates installed, then this can be caused by hardware failure. Please contact your motherboard manufacturer for further support and warranty options. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Wanner G.
