Hi everyone!
I tried to find any solutions to my problem but I can't really find much. I bought my AX200 card a couple of months ago, and both wifi and BT worked great until today. As I powered on my laptop, I got a blue BSOD+reboot, followed by a second, then noticed that my bluetooth mouse was no longer recognized.
After messing around with drivers and trying to get the BT card to show up under device manager, I decided to take a look at the card itself, and noticed that the metal ring attached on the card itself, in order for the white AUX wire to pin to, came off and the white wire's connector can no longer stay attached to the card.
Did anyone encounter something like this or can you guys recommend me a possible solution, if one exists?
I hope the description is understandable as English isn't my native language.
Thanks for you time!
Luis

Sounds like you will need to purchase a replacement AX200 card. Sorry, but there's really no way to repair the existing card.
[Aside: You could instead replace it with an AX210 card. I see the AX200 and AX210 listed on Amazon for similar prices. This gives you support for the 6GHz band and thus can be considered future-proofing.]
Hope this helps,
