Intel AX201 does not see the Fresh & Rebel Twins Elite Bluetooth headphones in pairing mode.
Hi!
My ASUS S433 has an Intel AX201 Bluetooth WI-FI board installed.
Fresh & Rebel Twins Elite Bluetooth headphones are available
The headphones connect seamlessly to all my devices, including an old Sony computer built in 2010.
There have never been any problems with the Bluetooth computer either. Other headphones and devices connect to the computer without problems.
However, when I try to pair these headphones with my computer, the laptop simply does not find them, although they are in pairing mode and other devices nearby find them at the same time.
What am I doing wrong?
I have already contacted Fresh & Rebel support. You don't need to send me there. They advised contacting the computer manufacturer.
Actually, my question is, how to make friends with a computer with headphones?

Hello Yurchik,
Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.
For me to further check this, please help provide the following details:
- How long have you been using your system?
- Using the same laptop, can you pair other devices like Bluetooth speakers and head/earphones?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried so far?
- Fresh & Rebel support said to contact the manufacturer of the system, have you also tried contacting Asus regarding this issue?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,

Hi.
I have been using the system for about 5 years.
Headphones with older Bluetooth versions work fine, but with versions 5+ I noticed a glitch with another pair that worked fine on the battery.
I followed all the F&R recommendations they have on their website. I don't want to list everything. I have already answered the 2nd question. You haven't read it carefully.
I have not contacted the Acs. The chip says Intel, not Asus.
And I did the most important thing - I ordered the AX210 module and am waiting for delivery.
Good luck!

Hello Yurchik,
Thank you for the update.
Just to check, you are upgrading the the wireless card of your system to AX210?
And also, did you ask Asus if the card that you are installing is compatible with your system?
If you have questions, please let us know. Thank you.
Best regards,
Michael L.
