Intel AX211 WiFi KEEPS DISCONNECTING!!!

Hi!

I am searching all forums but there is no way to connect internet with Intel AX211!

Driver updates, previous drivers, clean install etc! Nothing works!

Do something for it! Maybe thousands of people have the same problem!

Really it is disgusting! And why dont you have turkish language support!!

1. Is this working fine before?

2. Are there any error messages on the device manager?

3. Is this a laptop or desktop system?

4. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?

5. Are you able to connect to Wi-Fi using a different device?


Please generate SSU report if possible for me to check your system components and configuration.

Hi.

Thank you for your answer.

1-It is a new laptop.

2-No, there is no error message, it is disconnecting suddenly and very often.

3-Laptop

4-No,neverchanged, all original and new

5-Yes. But it is still disconnecting when i use it via wireless. And there is not ethernet port. My modem is "TP-Link TD-W9970V3". Perhaps it is causing problem.it works on 2.4 ghz freq.

Whatever i did, it is not working. Connecting and then suddenly discconecting. But seriously thousands of users having the same problem as me. Latest driver or previous drivers didnt solve my problem.

I am sending ssu report.

By the way you can google it. Thousands of people having the same problem. Latest driver didnt work for me.

And my modem is 2.4 ghz.  TD-W9970

Based on the information you provided, it appears that the connectivity issue is affecting all devices, suggesting that the problem may not lie with the Wi-Fi adapter itself. I recommend checking with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) as the issue could potentially be with your router.

 

Additionally, please note that the product you are reporting is an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) device. Our support may be limited as we may not be fully familiar with the technology, settings, and customizations implemented by the OEM on your system. Furthermore, we recommend using the drivers provided by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) rather than the generic drivers from Intel. Have you had the opportunity to try this?

 

It would also be helpful if you could attach the SSU (System Support Utility) file directly, so I can review it more thoroughly.
