The WiFi 6E network connection does not appear in the list of WiFi networks. The problem only affects the computer with the AX211 card. I can connect to this network without any problems on my Xperia 1 V phone. Some time ago, the WiFi 6E network appeared on the list, but after disconnecting it disappeared again for a few days. Now, after reinstalling Windows, it is no longer on the list at all. HP Envy X360 with I7-1255U.

Hello @piotrzet
Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.
We understand you experiencing issues with the 6GHz band, we will be more than happy to help you.
Have you contacted the system manufacturer just to make sure there is not a logical limitation with the band?
Please make sure you have the latest BIOS and OEM wireless driver installed. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/laptops
We highly recommend a clean installation of the driver (download it first).
1. Go to Device Manager.
2. Expand the Network Adapters category.
3. Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter and choose to uninstall it.
4. Make sure to the option to Delete the driver software for this device is selected.
5. Repeat steps A through D until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is greyed out.
6. Install the driver you downloaded. (As an Administrator).
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.
Best regards,
Jose B.

I have already tried reinstalling the system, drivers as in the post, restarting the router and the problem is always the same. The WiFi 6E network appears once every few days, I connect to it normally, then after I turn off the computer or log out, the network disappears and appears again in a few days.

There is no BIOS update available. The F.20 version is the most up-to-date version for my laptop. I downloaded the version available on the website, but it did not change the BIOS version number to a newer one. I also have all drivers and updates installed.

Hello piotrzet
Thank you for patiently waiting.
According to the investigation and troubleshooting done so far, we highly recommend contacting the system manufacturer to check if it could be enabled directly from the BIOS. https://support.hp.com/us-en
Thank you for understanding.
