Hello,
As soon as the Intel Bluetooth Driver is updated on my laptop, the my bluetooth headphones stop working. They work normally when connected to my phone or any other device, but the mic and/or audio stop working when connected to my laptop until I rollback the driver. After I rollback the driver and reboot, the bluetooth headphone mic and audio work normally again until the driver updates to 23.100.1.1 again.
Please assist, this is very disruptive.

I understand that you're facing issues with the latest Intel Bluetooth Driver. For me to address this properly, please share the information below.
1. What is the last known working driver version?
2. What made you do the update? Are you having any issues with the previous driver?
3. Are there other Bluetooth devices that is affected by the issue?
4. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed in your system, or have you changed/installed a new adapter recently?
Please also generate SSU report if possible for me to check your system components and configuration.
