Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6205 only achieving speed of 22.0Mbps

I am having issues with my download speeds being limited to an average of 22 Mbps on my home network where I have Gigabit service. I get this same speed regardless of whether I am connected to 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. I went ahead and update the Intel Pro Set Wireless software to the most recent version and no change. Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. My desktop that is connected to the same network with a 450 Mbps network card is getting download speeds of 380-400 Mbps. Thanks in advance!

My computer is a Dell Latitude E6430 with 32 bit Windows 7 Enterprise with an Intel Core i5 processor and 4 GB of memory.
