Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 wireless card slowness

I have a HP Z1 all-in-one workstation, with Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 wireless card. I'm in Windows 10 Pro. I experienced very slow and inconsistent network speed. Running a speed test using my laptop located next to HP Z1 shows a download speed of 6 Mbps, which is ok for me. However, using the HP Z1, it's only 1 Mbps or lower.

The driver version is 15.18.0.1 from Intel, dated 4/30/2015. I haven't been able to find a more recent driver. Any idea how I can fix the slow network speed issue? The advanced setting for the Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235 wireless card is as follows:

802.11n Channel Width for band 2.4 = Auto
802.11n Channel Width for band 5.2 = Auto
802.11n Mode = Enabled
Ad Hoc Channel 802.11b/g = 11

Sleep on WoWLAN Disconnect = Disabled
Transmit Power = 5.Highest
Wake on Magic Packet = Enabled
Wake on Pattern Match = Enabled
Wireless Mode = 6. 802.11a.b.g
