My HP ENVY m4 under Windows 8.1 shows limited connectivity when connecting to my WiFi. I just installed the latest driver version (15.12.0.6) and the problem still there. The intel PROSet/Wireless diagnostic utility shows that it can't Ping.
Sarching on the internet I noticed that this is an issue that Intel has had since 2013. Why haven't they fixed it yet?
Need your help to fix this issue.

The driver version you have should be updated after installing Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software 17.13.11.

Once I installed the Intel (R) PROSet/Wireless Software 17.13.11 my driver updated to the 15.14.0.2 versión and it seems to work fine so far.
