I have gone into the mentioned repo and copied the files into /lib/firmware but I get the same error. What do I need to do to get it working?

Hello Chronigan,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
To better understand the root of the issue, I would appreciate more information about your system. Please provide the following key details:
- Is your system a desktop PC (pre-built or custom-built) or a laptop?
- Is the wireless adapter pre-installed in your system?
- Could you share a link to your system specifications?
- Is this a newly set up system with an out-of-the-box issue, or did it work previously before encountering problems?
- Were there any changes made prior to experiencing this issue?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
