Intel Corporation Centrino Advanced-N 6235 bluetooth

Hi,

I recently purchased Intel 6235 miniPCI card and installed on my computer with latest Intel ProSet drivers. Wifi works great, however Bluetooth is not working. I tried reinstalling Windows7, installing bluetooth driver first (as suggested in some article on intel.com) then installing wifi driver, but nothing works. Under device manager > network adapters > intel centrino advanced-n 6235 > properties it shows bluetooth(r) AMP (values: enable/disable).

Note that the Intel(R) WiFi Link 6235 adapter is meant to be professionally installed by Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technicians on certified systems only.

It looks like Intel 6235 really has the problem with BT support, please see the discussion at

try looking for a tool that your Laptop vendor should have made available, HP calls that HP Connection Manager and needs to be installed and running to switch on the Bluetooth. You still need to have BT enabled in the BIOS of course.
