Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165. BSOD. Netwtw04.sys

I face with BSOD after restarting and sleep mode.

My laptop: Lenovo E580 (type model 20KS006HRT)

Windows 11 Pro, 21H2, 22000.556

Model of adapter: Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165

Adapter's drivers:

19.51.39.1 (I face with BSOD)

19.51.38.2 (I face with BSOD) - rolled back driver

Stopcode: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Reason of problem: Netwtw04.sys

When I switch off the "Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165" device using "Device Manager" and try to restart or sleep mode, there is no any problem. When it works I have a BSOD.

How to solve this problem?

Here is my solution by March 2023.

I couldn't find recommended version of the driver, so I had to replace stock Wi-Fi module (Intel AC-3165) with new Intel AX200. The problem has gone after this.
