Hi,
I have an Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 card installed in my system which has Bluetooth support. I recently got a Bluetooth device and was unable to connect it to my PC. I used the windows 10 Bluetooth troubleshooter and it told me "Bluetooth is not available on this device, try installing an external adapter". Next I checked in the device manager -> Network adapters -> Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 # 2 -> properties and I found that Bluetooth was enabled. I tried updating the driver from the device manager first, it updated successfully but did no fix the problem. Then I went to the Intel website and tried downloading the following driver
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28267/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?product=75439 https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28267/Intel-Wireless-Bluetooth-for-Windows-10?product=75439
The driver installed correctly and it did not fix the problem. I checked that Bluetooth was still enabled and it was.
Any help with this problem would be appreciated, thank you.
