Hi, I have the 7260 installed with the latest driver v 17.16.0.4 but cannot seem to get the wireless working. It doesn't show any connections.
It's installed on an Acer Aspire 4820TG.
Wireless is confirmed as on, using the Fn F3 key combo. However when looking at the results of Speccy, it shows as not enabled!
I've also installed the older driver but that didn't work either. I've uninstalled, reinstalled and re-booted etc, I've tried another 7260 card (I bought two) but still no wireless.
I have now put the old Broadcom wireless card back in, which is working fine.
I suppose I could also boot into safe mode to check if it's a conflict problem.
Any other suggestions would be most appreciated.

Hello revrora,
It seems like you have replaced the original wireless card that came by default in your computer, correct ? If so, it is very important that you know that Intel does not support integrations because this replacement is meant to be done only by the computer manufacturer and/or an authorized technician. Thanks for the reply, however non of those points solved the problem.
Another point to note is that the Intel driver update utility fails every time for all installs. (Intel chipset, Wireless driver etc) The wizard says successful but then the update utility flags them as failed. Bit odd don't you think?

Hello revrora,
Have you tried to contact your computer manufacturer and see if they have any solution regarding the new wireless card you have installed ? Since Intel does not support integrations, you best option would be to contact them.

Contacted them yesterday. I'm waiting for their reply.
Had a thought before that I should try removing the currently installed Bluetooth device, as this might be clashing with the intel Wireless/Bluetooth network card.
Are there separate drivers for the Intel 7260 card? One for Bluetooth and one for Wireless?
