Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 isn't working

Hi guys.

 

My wireless device is not working properly.

Sometimes I can connect on wi-fi and minutes later, the device stop working and I can't see any wi-fi network on range.

 

I'm sending the report generated with cmd command: wlan-report-latest.html (.rar).

 

I appreciate if you could help me to solve this issue.

It appears I fixed mine. HP zbook G2 Win10 with a 7260. Sometimes my wifi was resetting a quite a few times an hour.

I installed drivers from 2015. Now I have good performance with no disconnects.

Look into drivers for Win 7 or 8. Run their install. The install will not update the active driver, but it makes it available for you to select Browse your Local computer. Then you pick a driver already on your PC.

Microsoft doesn't make it easy to install an old driver, and you need to turn off auto Driver Updates

I found this driver on Support Site: WiFi_20.120.0_Driver64_Win10

I think this is the updated version to Win10. :)

I've installed this file and, apparently, the wi-fi device is working correctly.
