My Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 isn't able to connect to any wifi network, only detects a few networks when my laptop can detect 10+, and apparently, it also says weak connection, even though the router is at 500+mps, I have already updated all the divers so I don't know what to do

This sounds like an antenna problem. Have you checked to see if the antenna leads are properly connected to the WiFi card?

You have to gain access to the wireless card. For a laptop, you need to remove the back panel. For a PC, you need to open the chassis and check for the adapter either on the motherboard or possibly on an add-in PCIe card.
I am sorry to say that the fact that you had to ask that question tells me that you probably need to consult with a technician to have this looked at properly.
