Hello @Mohd

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

In order to have a better understanding of your issue, please provide me with the following:

  • When did it start to happen?
  • Are you having issues with Wifi or Bluetooth or both?
  • Is this issue happening at home, office environment or both
  • Have you installed any recent software or hardware in your system?
  • Do you remember if this issue happened after a new Operating System update or Wireless driver update?
  • Create a report using the Intel System Support Utility (Intel SSU)

• Download the Intel SSU here:

https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/18377/25293/intel-system-support-utility-for-window...?

• Open the application and select "Everything" click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel SSU will take you to the "Summary View".

• Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
