Recently, I have had issues with my Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 that came with my PC. The first time, my Wi-Fi said "No internet, Secured" but could still connect to networks. After a few minutes, it would work again.
The second time this happened, the device was somehow disabled in device manager and I re-enabled it, which fixed the issue.
Now, when I try to connect to a network, it connects, but I can't ping or go to websites. When I reset the network adapter, it says "Can't connect to network" after loading for several minutes. I have tried restarting my PC and have gone through the Windows network diagnostics, none of which worked. I tried updating drivers in device manager, but it says I have the latest ones. I can't do "ipconfig /release" or /renew because it says "No operation can be performed on Wi-Fi while its media disconnected."
To use this forum, I am using a seperate computer that can connect to the network, so I didn't try restarting the router.
All support forums I have searched have been solved by either resetting the adapter, installing new drivers, or buying a newer adapter.
