Dear intel support 

I have hp Zbook x360 studio g5 wifi error eventid

The driver entered RTD3.
All the connected devices will be removed from driver's internal state, so it is expected that DeviceDisconnected events will happen.
Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz : The version number is incorrect for this driver.

Firmware Bios HP Q71 Firmware

Device Manager System Firmware Q71 12800 

Please update Device Wifi to driver new intel use Firmware q71 

 

I instal new driver 7/24/2024 ver 23.70.2.3 new driver is best 

I think driver not connect with firmware hp q71 system microsoft and firmware bios hp q71 .

Please update driver wifi . Thanks support.

Download, extract files, use the device manager install a new driver on top of the existing driver, and restart Windows.

Also, disable Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power under power management wifi device

Driver Intel network Intel wireless AC 9560 160MHZ version  23.80.0.7

Disable Allow the computer to turn off the device to save power under power management wifi device

Enable Maximum Performance Adapter Wireless.

 

I will report later .

When using driver intel version _Intel-9560-Wi-Fi-Driver_85V81_WIN_20.30.4_A00 product dell and install manual .

Not error in event viewer .

Few model  laptops from different  brand  experienced  ACPI BIOS is attempting to write to an illegal PCI Operation Region (0x4),

At present there is no particular solution.
