Hello ramadan1,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
A Code 10/43 error typically indicates a temporary issue where Device Manager is unable to start the hardware device. This error is a generic message signaling an unspecified problem, often occurring after a Windows* Update that includes Wi-Fi or Bluetooth updates.
As I cannot access the specific driver for your MONSTER TULPAR T5 V19.1, you can download the latest generic drivers:
- Intel® Wireless Wi-Fi Drivers for Windows® 10 and Windows 11* version 23.120.0.3
- Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® Drivers for Windows® 10 and Windows 11* version 23.120.0.4
Next, proceed with:
I strongly recommend performing a cold reboot of your system after reinstalling the drivers. This involves completely shutting down the device, removing all power sources, including batteries if applicable, and then repowering. Intel suggests this troubleshooting step as the initial approach to resolving the issue.
For more details, refer to: How to Perform a Cold Reboot for Laptops and Desktops Equipped with Intel Bluetooth® or Wireless (Wi-Fi) Devices (Check different steps for systems with removable and non-removable batteries).
Reference Articles:
Codes 10, 22, 28, 31, 43 or 45 Errors in Device Manager for Bluetooth® or Wireless (Wi-Fi) Devices
If the problem persists, please reach out to your system manufacturer's support for assistance with OEM driver reinstallation and/or proper diagnosis to determine if the issue is due to a software or hardware failure.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
JeanetteC.
