Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz stopped working even with driver updates

I have the Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz adapter and recently it simply stopped allowing me to connect to wifi or even enable it. I attempted to install the latest drivers but it changed nothing and the most information I can get from trouble shooting (or at least the most I understand) is "driver problems." I ran the support utility and have attached the file below.

Have you tried rolling back to 21.40.x? That is the most recent version that is stable for two separate systems I have.
