Hello @datttebayo
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
Пожалуйста, имейте в информации, что я могу поддерживать вас только на английском языке. Я использовал инструмент веб-перевода для перевода этого ответа, поэтому, возможно, существует некорректный перевод.
In order to check this further could you please provide or confirm the following details?
1- We understand that the issue is that you are not able to turn on the WiFi and the device is showing error code 10 in Windows® Device Manager. Is this correct? Could you please elaborate more regarding the issue?
2- Are you having issues with Wi-Fi only or also with Bluetooth (both)?
3- Do you remember if this issue happened after a new Windows update or Wireless/Bluetooth driver update?
4- Is the Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 the original wireless adapter that came pre-installed in your system or did you integrate/replace it on the computer?
5- Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer
- Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
- Once you have saved the file (.txt file), please attach it to your reply.
- To upload and attach a file, use the "Drag and drop here or browse files to attach" option below the response textbox.
Best regards,

Hello datttebayo
Thank you for your response.
Since the device is reporting a Code 10 error, we recommend following the steps and recommendations in this guide:
Code 10 Error in Device Manager for Bluetooth or Wireless (Wi-Fi) Devices
One of the processes recommended in the guide is to perform a Clean Installation of the Wireless and Bluetooth drivers. For this, we recommend test using your computer manufacturer (OEM) drivers from MSI*: (Intel BlueTooth Driver 21.50.1.1 and Intel Wireless LAN Driver 21.50.1.1). Here is the download link from MSI*: https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GF65-Thin-9SEXR#down-driver&Win10%2064
If you still get the error after re-installing these, then try the Intel Generic drivers for Bluetooth or Wireless adapters:
- Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters Version: 22.50.1 (Latest)
- Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 Version: 22.50.0 (Latest)
We hope this helps.
Best regards,
Andrew G.
