The WiFi card works for a day or so (jus' a few mins/hours sometimes), only when the card is uninstalled and system restarted followed by an driver update.

Hi Steven,
1) The wireless card came pre-installed with the laptop, worked well for about 14 months with no issues.
2) No hardware changes made / driver update was not done / not sure if the problem started with an OS update.
Thanks,

Thank you for the information provided.
If you have already followed all the steps on the article Code 10 or Code 43 Errors in Device Manager for Bluetooth® or Wireless (Wi-Fi) Devices (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000031150/wireless/wireless-software.html), our best recommendation is to contact the laptop manufacturer (OEM), as it we cannot discard a hardware issue.
Contact OEM: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/contact-intel.html?tab=system-manufacturers
If you need any additional information, please submit a new question, as this thread will no longer be monitored.
