My Acer laptop has Intel Wifi 6 AX200 160MHz adapter. I have experienced internet disconnection often. So, I tried to fix it in many ways such as updating the driver, setting conditions and changing the Windows 10 environment. However, the problem hasn't been solved. So I did a Ping test. Please look at the below screenshot. It has 1% loss rate while my old laptop HP's Broadcom wifi adaptor has 0% loss rate. Please let me know how to fix it.

Jaria,
What model Acer laptop do you have, and what revision of Windows is it running? What driver are you using for the AX200 adapter? Is the AX200 adapter original equipment or is this something that was added or changed? And what type of wireless access point are you connecting to? What bands are you connecting on? Is the HP laptop connecting on the same band?
