Intel Wifi 8265 driver issues error 5002 and 5005, Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter advertise aborted

In a brand DELL notebook running Windows 10, I get frequent 5002 and 5005 errors in the 8265 adapter and random Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter advertise aborted, only restart PC reset it.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:  

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?   

2. Is the Bluetooth working?  

3. Was it working before? When did you notice the issue?

4. What happens when the error appears? Crash, no connection, lag, freeze?

5. What is the wireless adapter driver version?

6. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
