Hi @BZayas,

Thank you for posting in the community. I’d like to inform you that the Intel® PROSet/Wireless WiFi Software (both Legacy and DCH versions) has reached End-of-Life (EOL) status starting with software package version 21.50.X and later.

For Windows® 10 or 11, you only need to install the Wi-Fi driver instead of the full Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software package. Beginning with release version 20.120, a driver-only installation package is available on the Intel Download Center.

Please note: Your system manufacturer may have pre-installed Intel® PROSet/Wireless Software to enable OEM-specific features. If that’s the case, we recommend obtaining the latest OEM-specific version from your computer manufacturer’s support site.

To assist you further, please provide the following details:

  1. Is your system a laptop or desktop? If it’s an OEM brand (e.g., Dell, ASUS, Acer, HP), please share the exact make and model.
  2. A screenshot of Device Manager, expanded to show Network Adapters, and the Driver tab for your wireless adapter so we can verify the current driver version.
  3. Have you tried running the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant? It’s the easiest way to detect and update drivers.
  4. Have you manually installed the wireless driver from our Download Center (without using the PROSet software)?

Kindly check this article:

Looking forward to your response.
