Intel Wireless AC 9560 160MHz slow connection / drop connection problems

Hey, for over a week now I´ve been having connection problems. I´ve come down to the conclusion that is the network adapter I´m using on my  MSI GF53 Thin laptop since every other device in my house its working completely fine with the wifi except for my laptop. On the Event Viewer I get the 6062- Lso was triggered everytime this happens. Then the connection gets really slow or it just drops for a couple of minutes. I have tried multiple solutions I found online and so far no of these have worked. Im still getting these random moments where my connection just wont work. I have also read a couple of posts regarding the same issue with the same wifi adapter and tried recommended solutions and the problem is still happening. I have attached my SSU report. Hopefully you can help me solve this problem without me having to replace the wifi adapter.

Hello KevinTerrero,

Thanks for your response. Based on your issue, I would like you to try the following:

1. Perform a clean install of the latest driver:

2. Try the "Recommended Settings for 802.11ac Connectivity" article.

3. Follow the "Quick Checks to Improve or Fix Wi-Fi Connection Issues" article.

4. Run all the operating system updates, including the optional ones.

Hello KevinTerrero,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I can imagine how frustrating this is for you.

To have a better understanding, please confirm the following:

1. Is this the original adapter that came pre-installed on your computer or did you change/install the adapter to this one?

2. Is the Bluetooth working?

3. Did you test a different AP/router/network?

4. Is there an error in the device manager (code 10, code 43)?

5. What is the brand and model name of your AP/router?

6. Is this issue recent or was present out of the box?

Thank you very much for responding!

1. Yes, I have not changed the network adapter to this laptop as of yet.

2. Yes, I use my headphones via bluetooth everyday and they are still working perfectly with this PC.

3. Yes, I have used my cellphone data with this PC and still have the same issue where it disconnects at random moments.

4. I have not seen any errors on my Device Manager as of yet when I was trying to fix this issue. Just to make completely sure of this, where would I see this so I can send u a screenshot of what it looks like.

5. The brand for my router is Huawei.

6. The issue started like a week ago and it was completely random, I´ve had this PC for over 2 years now with the same network adapter and this never happened to me before.

Hello again, quick update. Last night when I implemented all the solutions mentioned above, it was working fine (couldn´t test it much cause I was just using Netflix at that time). However, when I tried today, my PC would say it´s connected to the WiFi but it wouldn´t connect at all. So I did the clean install again, which allowed me to connect, and I´m still having the same connection issues where it gets slow, then drops for a while. I´m getting the following event with every web i try to connect to i will be attaching plus the 6062- Lso was triggered still

Another quick update. After what I preoviously mentioned, I restarted network and my router. After that my PC has been better just a couple of times connection got lost for a couple of seconds, and slower that it should for brief moments. Also I´m doing speedtest and I´m getting way less download that I´m paying for. This happens just to this PC, every other device is receiving good amounts of download speed. But its been better than before I implemented your solutions.

Hello KevinTerrero,

Thanks for your response. In this case, if the issue persists and this is the only device that is presenting the issue, I recommend you to get in contact with MSI so they can run the tests needed to confirm if this is a hardware or software issue and they can help you with the replacement if needed.

Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
