Intel® Wireless-AC 9560 problems with 5 GHz WiFi

I'm having issues with Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Master, which uses Intel® Wireless-AC 9560. Sometimes 5 GHz WiFi doesn't work. When I look for available networks, if wifi is in 2.4 GHz everything is working fine. When it switches to 5 GHz then sometimes no network appear and Event Viewer in Win 10 is full of errors Intel(R) Wireless-AC 9560, code 5002, 5003, 5005, netwtw06. It usually happens after playing some games. Rebooting or reverting/updating drivers don't change anything.

I updated BIOS from F8b to F8e and I thought it fixed issue. Everything was working fine until today. I booted PC and again troubles after ~2 hours. I just reset bios using button on back panel and it worked fine for few days until now. Today this issue started again when playing game, I experienced lags and then connection lost completly. I flashed bios to F7 and it didn't help. After few reboots, reverting/updating drivers it started working again, but problem will probably appear again in future.

DK8, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support. Is this a new computer? The wireless card did you purchased it separately or it came installed in the computer? The problem is happening at home or at work? By any chance, did you notice if the problem comes back after doing the Windows updates? Even though you mentioned that the drivers were already re-installed, we can try a clean installation of the wireless drivers: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000022173/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html We recommend to install the wireless driver provided by the manufacturer of the computer, since that driver was customized by them work with your specific platform, please install driver version 20.110.0.3: https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/Z390-AORUS-MASTER-rev-10#support-dl-driver-wlanbt If the problem persists, we can try to install the Intel® generic graphics driver version 20.110.0: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/28503/Intel-PROSet-Wireless-Software-and-Drivers-for-Windows-10?product=99446 In the following link you will find the recommended settings for the wireless connection: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005585/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Here you can see the recommended settings for 802.11ac connectivity: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000024678/network-and-i-o/wireless-networking.html Regards, Alberto R. I downloaded driver version from Gigabyte's site and problem reappeared, but then I did clean install and it works. For now.
