I can not get this to install I get a message that says newer driver already installed.

type device manager in the search box, execute on device manager, browse to Bluetooth, expand it, right-click, properties then driver tab

I downloaded the driver from another website  and installed manually using device manager through inf file

extract cab file, rename the folder to the driver, then using device manager and inf file install it
