Intel Wireless Bluetooth completely failed

So, in the middle of the day a couple of days back, my Bluetooth completely failed on me. My Bose headphones have been working flawlessly for the past couple of months and this is the biggest brick in the wall. My Bluetooth will continuously give me a Code 10 STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE and won't fix no matter what I do, I've tried almost everything on this site: https://www.wintips.org/fix-intel-wireless-bluetooth-cannot-start-code-10-status-device-power-failure//, It's even got to a point where my iPhone 8 will recognize my headphones but will give me the message "iPhone can no longer connect to "bose headphones." Forget this device and pair it again." Have my Bluetooth headphones managed to corrupt the Bluetooth or am I some sort of mega idiot?

greensocks, Thank you for posting in the Intel® Communities Support.

In order for us to provide the most accurate assistance on this matter, we just wanted to confirm a few details about your system:

What is the model of the motherboard?

If this is a laptop, what is the model of it?

Is this a new computer?

Was it working fine before?

When did the issue start?

Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?

The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed in the computer?

Which Windows* version are you using?

Does the problem happen at home or work environment?

Please provide the SSU report so we can verify further details about the components in your platform, please check all the options in the report including the one that says "3rd party software logs":

Motherboard: B360M BAZOOKA (MS-7B24)

It is not a laptop.

I got this computer in 2018.

It was working 100% with no problems before.

It started a couple of days ago when I turned on my Bose headphones and they just wouldn't connect and caused an error for the Bluetooth on my PC.

I didn't make any hardware or software changes before this.

It came with the PC.

I am using Version 1909.

I have been home since COVID and I am a student, but even then it would work anywhere I went before it broke.

Attached is my system report.

greensocks, Thank you very much for providing that information.

Just to let you know, when the Intel® Wireless card came pre-installed on the board the manufacturer of it, in this case MSI, normally provides the Wireless drivers on their web site, I just checked the drivers for your board and there is no Wireless driver available, please correct me if I am checking the wrong board:

https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B360M-BAZOOKA#down-driver&Win10%2064

Based on the SSU report, the Wireless driver currently installed is version 19.51.31.1, there are new Wireless drivers available for the Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 card, so what we can try next is a clean installation of them following the instructions in the link below, please install Intel® Bluetooth driver version 22.10.0 first and test it, then the Intel® Wireless driver version 22.10.0, once you get the chance, please let us know the results:

greensocks, Thank you very much for sharing those details.

Just to confirm, for testing purposes, do you have the option to connect another Bluetooth device to your computer?

If you do, that other Bluetooth device, is it working properly with it?

Hello greensocks, Since I have not heard back from you, we are closing the case, but if you have any additional questions, please post them on a new thread so we can further assist you with this matter.

At this point, we also recommend to get in contact directly with the manufacturer of the laptop for physical inspection of both the board and the Intel® Wireless card, also, to get in contact directly with Bose for a possible firmware update of the Bluetooth headphones.
