Just installed new wireless and bluetooth adapter - wifi is working correctly but bluetooth isn't.
Latest drivers installed as described here;

SSU downloaded and run - file attached.
Device manager message;
This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)
{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful.
I've tried uninstalling drivers and software then reinstalling - same outcome.
Any help greatly appreciated.
