Dear Community,

I am looking for a 4G/LTE modem, and I found the 'Intel XMM 7160 Prod 4G LTE PCIe M.2 Module', but this seems to be a few generations as on the Intel site a found a product brief of XMM 7560

but I can not find a commercial product that contains this modem.

Does anybody have some info on this.

Thanx for your support.

Kind regards,

Reinier

Dear Albert,

I searched for the Intel® XMM™ 7560 Modem on every website on the page you suggest, but the product is not in any database.

So I wonder what kind of research you have done, but it did not answer my question: where can we buy the 7560 Modem? One may wonder if it is even in production. Is it announced product that needs to go in production?

Please let me know.

Thanx for your support.

Reinier

Dear Albert,

I searched their products database for the modem.

Does Intel not know who is selling their products? Somebody in the organisation should know that right?

Please let me know.

Ciao,

Reinier

Dear Wrosiak,

I found your modem here: https://www.4gltemall.com/fibocom-l860-gl.html

It states that the chipset is Intel XXM 7560 and that drivers for Windows and Linux are available.

Where? Maybe you should ask on fibcom.com...

Now I know at least 1 modem with the Intel XMM 7560 chipset!

Kind regards,

Reinier
