Hello @VDSINGH

Thank you for posting on the Intel️® communities.

We understand you are getting an Error 10 code, we will be more than happy to assist you.

Please answer the following:

·      Was it working before?

·      Have you made any recent software change?

Several customers have reported the issue being fixed by to performing a Cold reboot of the system after reinstalling the driver. This refers to fully shut down the device and remove all sources of power, including batteries if applicable, then repowering. Intel recommends following this troubleshooting step as first approach to the issue.

If the issue persisted after that, let’s try a clean installation of the wireless driver:

a.             Download the driver from here: Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10 and Windows 11*

b.             Go to Device Manager.

c.             Expand the Network Adapters category.

d.             Right-click your Intel Wireless Adapter and choose to uninstall it.

e.             Make sure to the option to Delete the driver software for this device is selected.

f.              Repeat steps B through E until the option to Delete the driver software for this device is greyed out.

g.             Locate the driver you downloaded and Right-click it, then select the option to Run as administrator.

Hello VDSINGH

Thank you for your reply.

We are sorry to hear that the issue persisted after the troubleshooting.

Please contact the system manufacturer in order to verify if the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (Gig+) is fully compatible with your laptop. https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/solution/laptop/network-connectivity
