Hello Daniel29,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 (Gig+).
In order to better assist you, please provide the following:
1. What is the BIOS version installed?
2. What is the operating system installed as well as the version and build?
3. What is the wireless driver version installed?
4. Did you check with MSI to confirm the installation instructions?
5. Is the adapter not able to connect to a network? Or, is it not able to see any network?
Regards,
Deivid A.

BIOS version: 1.E0
Windows 10 Pro
It's this: https://www.intel.ca/content/www/ca/en/products/sku/189347/intel-wifi-6-ax200-gig/downloads.html
I'm contacting MSI to see if it supposed to be compatible
It's not able to connect to network and bluetooth at all, device manager doesn't even recognize it

Your motherboard has a CNVi slot, which is a special version of the M.2 Type E slot. I have seen cases with older chipsets, where non-CNVi cards, like this AX200 or the AX210 simply will not work. I have also, however, seen cases where the original intended card (i.e. I believe it was the Wireless-AC 9560 back then) cannot be upgraded. While I can't guarantee that it will work either, I believe that your best bet would be to try using an AX201 module.
Hope this helps,
...S

Hello Daniel29,
Thanks for the confirmation. Since you mentioned that both the Wi-Fi and the Bluetooth do not work and it does not show in the device manager, I recommend you check if the adapter appears in the BIOS and wait for the confirmation from MSI about the supported wireless adapters.
MSI should provide you with the driver and BIOS needed to support the wireless adapters compatible with their board as well as the instructions to install them.
Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.
