You need to install both the Intel Wireless and Intel Bluetooth driver packages. It is best to install the Bluetooth package before the Wireless package.

Were you able to follow the steps recommended?

If you have further connectivity issues, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.

1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in your computer.

2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

Also, please let us know if the Intel® Wireless Adapter came preinstalled on your computer.

vielen Dank für die Hilfe.

aber die Reihenfolge in der Installation der Treiber ist nicht von Bedeutung.

nach der Deinstallation der Treiber und des Wlan-Adapters führte ich einen Neustart durch, dann eine Neuinstallation der Treiber, Bluetooth war weiterhin nicht vorhanden, danach führte ich die Tastenkombination "f3 + fn" durch - Bluetooth erschien und nahm dann auch den Betrieb in der Testphase auf; fehlefrei.

But the order of installation of the drivers is not significant.

after deinstall the drivers and the wlan adapter, I rebooted, then a reinstall the drivers, bluetooth was still not available, then I ran the key combination "f3 + fn" - bluetooth appeared and then took the operation in the test phase; missing free.
