Latest driver for intel dual band wireless-n 7260 Win 10 64bit

I´m looking for the latest driver for the Intel dual band wireless-n 7260 for Windows 10 64bit. The official support pages are not available (404). It would be very nice if anyone could tell me a download link. (f.e. url )

Hello Scott,

Thank you for supplying the link.  Downloading and installing the Win10 Wireless driver from your archive has solved an intermittent WiFi connectivity problem introduced to my personal laptop about a year ago and plaguing me ever since. I really appreciate your altruistic support. If ever you are in the UK I'll buy you a pint!

Here's my problem/fix data in case it helps anyone else:

System detail:-

Device name: HP EliteBook 840 G1

Problematic Driver Version: 18.33.14.3
Updated (fixed) Driver Version: 18.33.17.1

Download and run WiFi_21.10.1_64_Win10.exe application file (Intel PROSet/Wireless SEStub Setup Program)
Application file size: 181MB

I have just updated from coaxial cable to fiber (Optimum WifI 6e). My laptop Dell XPS 12 9Q33 now cannot see the new network. I have an Intel AC7260 wireless card running 18.20.0.9 from 8/23/15. Intel's site shows the below driver

• Windows 11*, Windows 10, 64-bit*
• Size: 38.6 MB
• SHA1: 7C782AF71080EBC9C633284F89F98598459D824

but when I try to run it, it says it is incompatible with my system. Is there another one that I can be sent so the laptop can see my network?

First, if the laptop worked before, this doesn't sound like a laptop issue unless there was some change. E.g. I suspect mine went corrupt with a Windows update. I would engage the Internet Vendor's support before I started making changes to the laptop.

That said, a few basics...

> Assume your laptop is either W10 or W11 and 64bit - otherwise find a matching driver.

> Assume SSID & Password has been set by you on the new network router and it is broadcasting - verify with a mobile phone or other device, otherwise get internet vendor support.

I found 3 downloads for Driver installer tools on the Intel site, I would try them all. Following Scott's directions explicitly, all went well for me on the first driver try.

You need the 18.33.17.1 version of the driver, found in the 21.10.1 package (final for these adapters), in order to correct the WiFi6 incompatibility. This package is not being hosted by Intel any longer. I have this package in my archive, however.
