Hello Annan,
We understand that you're experiencing slow connection Wi-Fi connection with your laptop.
Normally, what's is your connection speed on this network? Do you remember when did the issue start (after an update, addition of a new software, etc.)?
In order to better assist you, we would like to gather some more information. Please download and run the https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600 Intel® System Support Utility (while connected to your network) and save the report on your system.
Also, we would like to check the WLAN report created by Windows*. Here's how to find it:
- In the search box on the taskbar, type Command prompt, press and hold (or right-click) Command prompt, and then select Run as administrator > Yes.
- At the command prompt, type netsh wlan show wlanreport.
Best regards,
Eugenio F.
