My Bluetooth headphones kill WiFi performance!

Hello,

I own a HP Omen 15 (with a HP Dual Band 7265), and I also have a wireless headphone (JVC HA-S30BT). I have a huge interference issue between my WiFi and my sound.

Whenever I try to listen to anything, my WiFi just dies.

I did the test several times: I launch a bandwidth test, I reach 40 Mbps ; then, as soon as I launch a music, the WiFi suddenly drops to 0! If I stop the sound, the bandwidth comes back to 40.

This is systematic. What can I do prevent that?

I already updated all the drivers.

I tried my headphones on another device, there's no problem.

My WiFi is also perfectly fine as long as I don't use Bluetooth.

I also tried WiFi 5 GHz, that problem still occurs.

Thank you for your help!

Use the drivers provided by HP, and update their bios.

If the problem still exists, contact HP for support of their laptop.
