There's an old Windows trick that works if you can get the program in "focus". From Task Manager, highlight the program and select "switch to". At this point press keyboard combination Alt+Space, followed by the letter M. Now, move the arrow keys around... be patient, it might be a ways away, or you might push it the wrong way at first.
