My WiFi Dashboard don't show up

After I click on icon Dashboard starts(splash) and... nothing, process is running but I don't see UI, restarting, reseting and reinstalling wont help, win7 64 bit

There's an old Windows trick that works if you can get the program in "focus". From Task Manager, highlight the program and select "switch to". At this point press keyboard combination Alt+Space, followed by the letter M. Now, move the arrow keys around... be patient, it might be a ways away, or you might push it the wrong way at first.

lol, its not so easy, i was saying about process(ccdash.exe) not app.
