I'm having an issue with my Wi-Fi last 2 months. It was fine before that. But now, my Wi-Fi suddenly disconnects when it's under load. First, my Wi-Fi signal bar goes down to 2 ticks and then disconnects, after 5-10 seconds, it reconnects and this keeps happening again and again. I checked lots of pages about this and it seems the problem is about my Wi-Fi card. It's "Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz". My Wi-Fi card driver is up to date. And I saw the error I mentioned above on Event Viewer. Event ID is 6062. Already tried changing "802.11a/b/g Wireless Mode" and "802.11n/ac/ax Wireless Mode" options but they didn't solve the problem as well. Can you help me about this?

- When did you purchase your system?
- What is the complete brand and model of your system?
- Did you upgrade the wireless controller or this is the original onboard wireless controller?
- What are the troubleshooting steps that you tried?
- Can you take a screenshot of the device manager of the wireless controller if there is an error message?
