Where can I find older version Drivers as I Want Rolling back to 18.33.0.1 (Windows 8.1) driver enables what's needed to connect:

WDI Version (Windows) : 0.0.0.0

WDI Version (IHV) : 0.0.0.0

Soft AP : Supported

IBSS : Supporte

The latest drivers we have for Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 Windows 8.1* are the versions: 21.40.4 lastest and the oldest 21.20.0 on our website. Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows 8.1*

 

I would start by checking on the official website of the manufacturer of your computer (Dell, Lenovo, etc) in order to check if they still have available the driver version you are looking for on their website.
