Hello everything is fine? I have a problem with my 5G connection, I use a Samsung notebook with the Wireless-AC 9462 network adapter. Before I formatted the computer, my internet connection was perfect, after I formatted it it started to oscillate, and it's not my router , nor my internet provider. I've already reinstalled Windows, the drivers and even disabled and enabled the adapter and it didn't help. Can anyone help me?

Hi Ccastiell,
Thank you for posting in the communities!
To better assist you and determine the most appropriate resolution, could you please provide the needed details listed below:
- What is the symptom of the issue?
- What is the exact Windows OS version are you using before you formatted the system?
- What is the exact Windows OS version did you install that cause this issue?
- Have tried a roll back to a previous driver version for testing?
- What steps do you take to reproduce your issue?
Kindly run this on your system so that I can also gauge the following peripherals and the driver versions that you have:
Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*
Once finished downloading, open the tool, click on scan (leave the default items checked), click next, then save the system information to a .txt file. Please provide us the .txt file.
Best regards,
