Please help me, I tried three times to get this post published but every time get marked as spam and hidden..
It's not a spam.. you can clearly see it..

No, we can't see it. Create a text file containing a copy of what you're trying to post and attach it to your original post (or a new one) and we will attempt to identify why it is being rejected.

Yeah it's a very detailed topic, I also tried to remove the part after "At this point I think that the linux driver likely struggles with mixed mode 802.11... ", which includes what I've already tried and some info about my system but get still marked as spam

Ah, I can see it too. This means that the automatic filters didn't like something and the post was placed into the moderation queue. At some point, a moderator reviewed the post and released it (though this seems to have taken quite some time to happen). I have no insights into the SLAs governing this process.
