Problem with wireless AC -3165

Hi, I have a lenovo legion notebook with intel dual band AC-3165 wireless adapter. At my house I have 600mbp/s internet. My cell phone shows 620mbp/s when doing the test but the notebook doesn't pass 140mbp/s right next to the router. I'm using 5ghz network on both devices. What could it be? Thanks in advance.

Hello wartiaga,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order to better assist you, please provide the following:

1. Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) to gather more details about the system.

· Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer:  https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-

· Open the application, check the "Everything" checkbox, and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

· To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

2. Are you using the latest Lenovo drivers?

3. Have you run all the Windows updates, including optional updates?

4. Have you updated the BIOS?

5. Is the issue recent? Do you remember when did it start?

6. Do you have the same issue with the 2.4MHz band?
