Tengo un portátil ASUS GL753V con windows 10 x64bits, el cual viene con el controlador wifi intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265. Cada vez que quiero jugar un juego online pierdo la conexión wifi. Cuando esto ocurre entro al administrador de dispositivos y veo que el controlador wifi intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 ha desaparecido. Después de un rato el controlador wifi vuelve a aparecer y se recupera la conexión, pero si intento volver a jugar online vuelve y se desaparece.
Al ver los eventos del controlador wifi, aparece los siguiente:
5007 - TX/CMD timeout (TfdQueue hanged)
10400 - La interfaz de red "Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265" ha comenzado su restablecimiento. Habrá una interrupción momentánea de la conectividad de red mientras se restablece el hardware. Motivo: The network driver requested that it be reset. Esta interfaz de red se ha restablecido 1 veces desde la última vez que se inicializó.
5000 - Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 : ha encontrado un conflicto en los recursos y no pudo cargar.
5002 - Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 : se determinó que el adaptador de red no está funcionando correctamente.
5032 - Driver Miniport reset watchdog
10317 - Minipuerto Intel(R) Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265, {91696517-be72-45c4-bd43-b93e9d266f95}, tuvo el evento Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error
10002 - Se detuvo el módulo de extensibilidad de WLAN. Ruta de acceso del módulo: C:\Windows\system32\IntelWifiIhv04.dll
Como mencioné antes estos solo ocurre cuando ejecuto juegos online.
Pueden darme asistencia para solucionar este problema?

Is this a new computer?
Was it working fine before?
When did the issue start?
Did you make any recent hardware/software changes?
The wireless card, did you purchased it separately or did it came installed on the computer?
Does the problem happen at home or work environment?
Which online game platform are you using, like for example, Steam?
What is the name of the games?
Do you get any BSOD or error codes?
