Does the Intel Centrino Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250 require different or additional antennae than the Intel Centrino Wireless-N 2230 requires to support 4G?
Does the Intel Centrino Advanced-N + WiMAX 6250 support LTE? Is LTE the same as 4G?
I have read and understand the Intel disclaimer in multiple posts that Intel does not support or recommend that consumers upgrade WiFi cards in laptops and that doing so can damage the laptop and/or WiFi card. I just want to know if the 6250 requires a separate antennae for 4G.
Please note that we do not recommend or support the replacing of wifi network adapters, on this case the recommendation will be to contact the OEM manufacturer for further assistance.
