the card is the inter wifi 6 ax200 160mhz card and even after several power downs and reboots after uninstalling drivers and reinstalling drives it does not appear in device manager even under hidden devices like it did. No drivers ive downloaded and installed seem to bring it back online.

Hello BBosa
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
In order to have a better understanding of your environment and this behavior, could you please provide the following information?
- Are you having issues with Wifi only or with Bluetooth too (both)?
- We understand you mentioned it worked for a few days and the issue started after a PC shutdown. By any chance do you know if there was a Windows® Update, driver update, or hardware/software change that may relate to when the issue started or that might have triggered the issue?
- Is the Intel® Wi-Fi 6 AX200 the original wireless adapter that came pre-installed in your system?
- Have you checked that the Wireless card is enabled in the BIOS?
- Have you checked that the antennas, cables, and wireless module (if it is not soldered-down) are properly connected to the motherboard and following ASRock* User Manual or Technical guidelines?
For points 4 & 5 we recommend getting in contact with your Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) ASRock* for proper instructions on how to check these steps.
Also, please run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread to gather more details about your system.
- Download the Intel® SSU and save the application on your computer.
- Open the application and click "Scan" to see the system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click Next and click Save.
- To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.
Best regards,

Hello BBosa
Thank you for your response.
After reviewing all the information and steps and considering this is a wireless card soldered-down to the motherboard and since this is a new system experiencing this issue since the first day you got it, at this point we kindly recommend you to check this further with your OEM ASRock* to discard hardware issues and even to check warranty status if applicable.
Best regards,
Andrew G.
